JayWay takes care of everything and has very well planned out itineraries. The research done ahead of time really makes for a seamless onsite experience. They accommodate changing interests and can deviate from original plans without making a big deal about changes. For a busy business owner, this is how I like to travel! :)

From planning start to our trip finish, we felt so well-taken care of. Everyone made our trip so easy and stress free. We will be stationed in Europe for three more years and are now planning to use Jayway for more trips.

We loved the cave ride outside of Ljubljana as well as the castle built into the cliff, the Blue Cave boat ride from Hvar, the visit to Lokrum Island. JayWay creates a perfect combination of structure and freedom. The European agent was always available and helpful when needed but never intrusive.

It was excellent. Jay was so kind and asked us what was our interest for the trip. Both Daniela and Nikoleta were excellent and so thoughtful. They both helped us out whenever we needed help. We've used other agencies in the past, but JayWay by far is superior to the others.

JayWay created a trip that was custom tailored to our interests. Every aspect of the trip seemed designed specifically for us and the In Country guide, Tea, was constantly in touch to ensure that our custom trip unfolded flawlessly with zero stress and maximum enjoyment. My kids favorites were truffle hunting, Glavani Adventure Park, all the inflatables on the water at Red Island, the House of Illusions in Slovenia, the Escape Room and the Prater amusement park in Vienna. My favorite was everything in Rovinj . . . the shopping, the food, the views. It was great. We also loved the movie at the castle in Slovenia and the concert in Vienna. It's hard to have a favorite because all of it was amazing. We enjoyed all of the tours, and it was nice to have some time without planned tours to walk around and explore and shop and relax with some wine.

Allowing JayWay Travel to plan and deliver part of our trip to Slovenia was a great way to pamper ourselves. Not only did their planning services save us time and energy, but having access to them during the trip gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend JayWay Travel.

Everything was super easy and thoughtful. The trip was perfectly personalized for us. We loved that we were able to do touristy things but with local guides and/or really high quality companies so it didn’t feel too touristy. It was the perfect balance of culture and vacation.

JayWay Travel planned a first class but affordable trip to places we chose to go and worked out all the logistics for us. We felt we were in good hands at all times.

We were so impressed with our travel consultant, Elena. She met us at our hotel and bought us coffee so that we could chat about Athens. She highlighted places of interest that we had not seen on a prior trip to Athens and recommended amazing restaurants, one in the Central Market, that we would have never discovered on our own. My husband is a big fan of IPA beer and asked where he could sample a local IPA. Elena went above and beyond our expectation of any travel consultant and brought three different local IPAs to our hotel for him to try. Another plus for using JayWay Travel is that they find boutique hotels that are not only charming but have great food. I would highly recommend using JayWay Travel as they have the knowledge, contacts and staff to make your trip special.
