Something for Classical Lovers

A few years ago Prague had an annual music festival in the fall called Prazsky Podzim or Prague Autumn. Sadly it was cancelled after 2008 but the Czech broadcasting corporation stepped up and replaced it in the calendar with their Radio Autumn festival. This year it runs from the 12th to the 16th of October. If you have a predilection for classical music make sure to catch some of the performances such as the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra in the Dvorak Hall of the sumptuous Rudolfinum venue. Tickets are still available for most concerts, though the cheaper seats, at 90Kc are mostly sold out. Buy online at TicketPro.
