Book a package before March 31st 2021, for travel any time in the future, and receive up to a $2,000 bonus to be used towards upgrading services or hotels included in your package. The bonus value is calculated as 10% of your final package price and can be redeemed after placing a deposit.
Example: A $8,000 total package price entitles you to a $800 bonus. Please note the bonus amount is not a discount, it acts as a credit once the deposit is placed. Some examples of the kinds of upgrades that can be applied are listed below:
Excursions, Day Trips & Tours
You may use any amount of your bonus to upgrade an already included tour. For example you could switch from a walking tour to a driving tour or from a group tour to a private tour. The tour upgrade should be done 30 days in advance when your local rep is in touch.
You may use any amount of your bonus to upgrade a method of transportation on your trip. You could choose to add a guide to your private transfer or upgrade your train tickets from Standard to First class. The transportation upgrade should be done 30 days in advance with your local rep.
Where available room upgrade pricing will be provided at each of your chosen hotels. Any upgrades you opt for will be made immediately after payment of initial deposit.
10% Bonus Upgrade Credit Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid for any new trips booked on or after July 12, 2020 until March 31, 2021, for travel at any time, and is not eligible for existing reservations or postponed reservations. The total bonus credit offered is calculated as 10% of the final package price and may be used anytime after placing the deposit for your trip. The maximum credit allowed per trip is $2,000 USD and the bonus value must be used to upgrade CURRENT services included in the package. Any unused bonus credit has no cash value. If the original tour is rescheduled, the bonus amount from the original tour price will be applied towards the rescheduled trip.

We understand that it may be difficult to commit to an international trip at this time, therefore we implemented this policy to provide our customers with more flexibility with their travel plans. Many airlines have also started to offer a similar policy, so this is a perfect option for those people who wish to take advantage of the historically low prices for airfare, but still have the flexibility to change your plans if things change.
Our flexible booking policy allows you to postpone your trip up to 31 days before the start date without a penalty. This means you can book today knowing that you are able to change your plans if you aren’t comfortable with taking the trip later on. In order to postpone your trip just let us know by email at least 31 days before the start date. You may then reschedule the trip at any time until the end of the following calendar year. E.g. a trip scheduled in July 2021 can be rescheduled to start any time before December 31, 2022. Note that there may be exceptions for certain parts of your package such as flights and other non-refundable services.
Flexible booking policy Terms & Conditions
For clients who reserve a package with our flexible booking policy (you will be notified by your sales advisor if your package qualifies):
This policy, if applicable, hereby allows a temporary modification to our cancellation policy by offering penalty free postponement of your package up to 31 days before travel*. Applicable only to new trip bookings made after May 15th 2020. Written confirmation from the payee must be received by JayWay Travel 31 days or more prior to the start date of your trip in order to qualify. Your package, if postponed, will be eligible to be rebooked one time free of charge. Postponement is valid until the end of the following calendar year. For example: if you are due to travel in July 2021, however you decide to postpone the trip, you must take the trip by December 31, 2022. If there are any price increases due to the rescheduled dates, then the client is responsible to cover the price difference.
* Non-refundable flights or other services are excluded from this policy. You will have been notified by your travel advisor prior to booking if your package includes any of these services.
