We are accredited by IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network), a division of IATA (International Air Transport Association) that provides accreditation for travel professionals, providing you with peace of mind that we have met the strict requirements set by the organization. We have $1m per-incident Professional Liability insurance cover through AON and have developed a thorough Crisis Management Plan as a part of obtaining this insurance.

JayWay has been included in Croatia Tourism's US-based tour operator directory for over ten years and we have attended numerous events hosted by Croatia Tourism in the US.

Czech Tourism and JayWay Travel have collaborated on a number of projects, from blogger and press trips, to co-hosting an event for travel agents at the Bohemian National Hall in New York City.

JayWay worked with Estonia Tourism co-hosting a group of travel bloggers for the Tallinn of the #JayWayBaltics Blogger Trip.
