At JayWay Travel, we understand that the world can be unpredictable, and that peace of mind and flexibility matter when planning your vacation. That’s why, for a limited time, we’re offering our new Flexible Booking Policy at no extra cost for those guests who book by June 30th, 2026. Regardless of the situation, you are free to change your plans for any reason up to 31-days before your trip.
This means you can book today knowing that if your personal circumstances or preferences change, you’re covered. You may reschedule your trip one time up to 1 year from the original travel dates. With 30+ countries on our map (and growing), you can take your pick!

JayWay Travel Flexible Booking Terms & Conditions
Applicability & Eligibility
- Booking Window: Applies exclusively to new trips booked between April 17 and June 30, 2026.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to trips originally booked prior to April 17, 2026, that were subsequently postponed or rescheduled.
Changes & Rescheduling
- One-Time Change: You may change your travel plans only once under this policy.
- Notice Period: Written notice of your request to change must be received at least 31 days prior to your original departure date.
- Trip Value: Your rescheduled trip must be of equal or greater value than the original booking. Current pricing at the time of rescheduling will apply.
- Deposits: Deposit payments can only be credited toward the deposit of your new trip; they cannot be applied toward a final balance.
Deposits & Non-Refundable Fees
- Client Responsibility: You remain financially responsible for these specified non-refundable items, which may include but are not limited to: airfare/fees, travel insurance, train/ferry tickets, non-refundable hotel rooms, and specific activities or entry tickets.
- Standard Deposit: A minimum deposit of 25% is required.
- Non-Refundable Exceptions: The deposit percentage will increase to cover any non-refundable services booked on your behalf. Your travel advisor will explicitly specify these non-refundable reservations prior to booking.
All other standard JayWay Travel terms and conditions apply. These promotional terms are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.
