Step 1 - Free Consultation & Personalized Initial Itinerary

• Send us a request and our expert sales team we will contact you to discuss your interests and preferences.
• Based on your consultation we'll customize an initial itinerary with approximate pricing at no obligation.

Step 2 - Itinerary Revision & Accommodation Selection

• You have the opportunity to make adjustments to the itinerary at any time. One of the advantages to working with us is our flexibility.
• Once your ideal itinerary is agreed we will check accommodation availability and provide options along with detailed pricing to consider.

Step 3 - Booking, Confirmation & Guest Page

• Once a final price is set we will require a non-refundable deposit with final balance due 30 days before arrival.
• After payment we'll send a confirmation and provide access to your Guest Page - your personalised itinerary website with lots of destination info and tips, sight-seeing and restaurant suggestions and other useful trip info.

Step 4 - Trip Preparation & Enjoying Your Trip

• A month before arrival your local Tour Manager will contact you to help answer questions, book any additional activities and make plenty of suggestions for your trip.
• Upon arrival you'll be welcomed by our local staff to get you settled. They'll provide you with a local cellphone so you can stay in touch throughout your trip. Now all you have to do is enjoy your one of a kind JayWay experience!
