Travel and LeisureFodorsUSA TodayNew York TimesNational GeographicWashington PostVogue

Spain has no shortage of vibrant cities to visit and this two-week itinerary explores in depth some of the best among them. Your journey starts in Barcelona, a city steeped in history, renowned for its exceptional architecture and the masterpieces of Antoni Gaudi that adorn it, but also for its authentic ambiance. From there, continue to Valencia, the birthplace of paella and an exciting city yet to be discovered by mass tourism, before you head to the Spanish capital. Featuring some of the best museums in Europe, such as the Prado and the Reina Sofia, Madrid is the epitome of laid-back Spanish life with its no-frills tapas bars, flea markets, and quaint full-of-life squares. Your trip ends in the sunny region of Andalusia, with a stop in Granada and its impressive Alhambra, and Seville, a city with a unique character that invites you to dance to the rhythm of flamenco and soak in its rich history - and bright sun - at every turn.

One of our team members in Spain will be available to you leading up to and during your trip to answer any questions and arrange local services. You will receive access to your Guest Page, with its information on the best this country has to offer, including things to see and do, and other inside tips from restaurant recommendations to tipping advice. Upon request, we will provide you with an eSIM with data that you can use to reach your local JayWay contact (whom you will meet in person) throughout your trip. In all of our destinations, we offer a variety of memorable 3- to 5-star accommodation options, including boutique hotels and charming B&Bs. With our firsthand experience, we can ensure they are all clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with local ambiance.
