From planning start to our trip finish, we felt so well-taken care of. Everyone made our trip so easy and stress free. We will be stationed in Europe for three more years and are now planning to use Jayway for more trips.

JayWay takes care of everything and has very well planned out itineraries. The research done ahead of time really makes for a seamless onsite experience. They accommodate changing interests and can deviate from original plans without making a big deal about changes. For a busy business owner, this is how I like to travel! :)

JayWay created a trip that was custom tailored to our interests. Every aspect of the trip seemed designed specifically for us and the In Country guide, Tea, was constantly in touch to ensure that our custom trip unfolded flawlessly with zero stress and maximum enjoyment. We can't recommend JayWay highly enough.

Everything was super easy and thoughtful. The trip was perfectly personalized for us. We loved that we were able to do touristy things but with local guides and/or really high quality companies so it didn’t feel too touristy. It was the perfect balance of culture and vacation.

We were so impressed with our travel consultant, Elena. She met us at our hotel and bought us coffee so that we could chat about Athens. She highlighted places of interest that we had not seen on a prior trip to Athens and recommended amazing restaurants, one in the Central Market, that we would have never discovered on our own. My husband is a big fan of IPA beer and asked where he could sample a local IPA. Elena went above and beyond our expectation of any travel consultant and brought three different local IPAs to our hotel for him to try. Another plus for using JayWay Travel is that they find boutique hotels that are not only charming but have great food. I would highly recommend using JayWay Travel as they have the knowledge, contacts and staff to make your trip special.

I was SO thankful for JayWay Travel throughout our three weeks in Slovenia and Croatia, especially since I was alone with my four children for most of it. I could never have managed the planning of so many accommodations, reservations, excursions and rentals, and I would have stressed myself out to no end doing the research and making the decisions. Additionally, the value of the local contact person is immeasurable...she was truly a God-send! I have recommended JayWay to so many friends who followed our travels online, and one has already called...I'll be using you again for sure. Thank you, Nico and Ivana, for helping us have the trip of a lifetime! Hopefully not our last!!

Since we'd never used JayWay Travel before one wonders how things will go on such a huge trip. Everything went like clockwork....they didn't disappoint even once in almost 3 weeks!! Bravo!

Their years of travel experience and a la carte approach to planning allowed us to avoid large tour groups and travel independently with confidence, choosing where we wanted to go and when!
