All tour guides were very good. Adam and Martina were outstanding! Jayway’s planning was perfect! This trip was everything we dreamed of and more.

We appreciate the quick responses to our questions and the reassurance that all was well in France. The media can blow things out of proportion, but having Karen actually in France to give us the truth, was reassuring and invaluable. We had an amazing experience. Karen took us to the metro, helped us buy our tickets and took us to the proper stop. He even got on the bus to show us how to use the ticket machine. We could not ask for better service! JayWay took care of every detail and provided a memorable and stress-free experience that we will treasure.

We have taken two trips with JayWay and have received excellent service each time. As we’ve gotten older we still prefer independent travel but really like the extra assistance with transfers, local into private tours and so much information about each place we went.Highly recommend!

Must see Rome with so much historical and Sorrento is so beautiful with so many lovely and romantic spots for life long memories I definitely recommend Jayway travel to my friends and everyone I know they are 5 stars no doubt!

The communication and assistance we received during the planning process was excellent. Nico was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions. He considered all our needs and wants and designed the perfect trip. Elena was wonderful! It provided a huge peace of mind that we had a "local" contact while overseas. She met us at our hotel upon our arrival in Paris and maintained constant communication. She monitored our itinerary and quickly reached out when one of our trains was cancelled - she handled all the re-booking and sent us new tickets.

JayWay created a trip that was custom tailored to our interests. Every aspect of the trip seemed designed specifically for us and the In Country guide, Tea, was constantly in touch to ensure that our custom trip unfolded flawlessly with zero stress and maximum enjoyment.
