Extremely well planned, well executed, safe, educational and totally enjoyable tour. JayWay made this trip a perfect vacation. We never would have seen as much or learned as much on our own. Having your own guides meant we could focus on our interests. On the free time in our itinerary, the website, our tour manager and local guides all gave us suggestions that filled our days. We have been to 33 countries and this is the best way to see everything without the hassles and restrictions of large groups. We certainly will be using JayWay again.

The two guides in Krakow who led us through the Jewish experience were great. We learned a lot from Krakow Jewish tours. Also the Polin Museum in Warsaw was fantastic and spent 4 hours going through it.

I kept referring to our trip like it was a Disney Land ride. All we had to do was get there, after that we were essentially on rails meaning we didn't have to worry /think about the logistics. It's a luxurious way to travel.

JayWay took all of the stress out of planning a vacation to an unfamiliar place. We had never been to any of these cities and knowing that we had JayWay backing us up if we needed assistance gave us a level of comfort we may not have otherwise had.
