It was so relaxing to know that we were being taken care of, while still being so personal and ""on our own"" instead of with a big group. The worst part was when we were around groups of other Americans that were so demanding and unaware that they were the strangers there.

Extremely well planned, well executed, safe, educational and totally enjoyable tour. We never would have seen as much or learned as much on our own. We have been to 33 countries and this is the best way to see everything without the hassles and restrictions of large groups. We certainly will be using JayWay again.

I appreciated JayWay's personalized trip itinerary that was specific to my family's interests/connections to Poland and having less stress about having to book each activity/coordinate travel. The guided tours in each city made for a memorable trip where we were able to connect with each city, its history, and the culture better than if we were exploring on our own.

Great value for the money! JayWay Travel focuses on details and ensuring customer satisfaction. They were very reassuring during the planning and execution phase of our trip. We had to postpone our original trip in September 2020 because of COVID but discussing our options with Nico and Igor gave us the confidence to take the trip in September 2021. Best decision we ever made regarding travel. From our perspective it was a flawless vacation and greatly exceeded our expectations.

JayWay Travel is the only way to go for European travel needs! We were so well cared for and were treated like friends. With the help of the genealogist, Igor and Marcin, we were able to visit the exact location in Warsaw where a great uncle of mine had lived. It was tremendous to stand on that street and feel a connection to my ancestors.

JayWay are good listeners who know their territory and provide good value. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very well organized terrific website. Everyone was always on time or early. The two guides in Krakow who led us through the Jewish experience were great. We learned a lot from Krakow Jewish tours. Also the Polin Museum in Warsaw was fantastic and spent 4 hours going through it.
