Ciaran was very helpful in the initial planning of our trip and even more so when we had to reschedule some things due to a medical issue. He rebooked hotels and tours and rearranged the itinerary to make it work for us. Can’t thank him enough for all the good advice. Flavia provided lots of local info on what to see, where to eat, etc and was always responsive even when I had to contact her on a National holiday in Italy to reschedule a driver. Very professional while also being friendly. Excellent, responsive, knowledgeable planning team matched by top notch local service, guides, and hotels with the same qualities.

JayWay Travel provided very good accommodation and tour options. We felt like it was a real service in sorting through and finding hotels and tour guides that we would not have found on our own.
