It was so relaxing to know that we were being taken care of, while still being so personal and ""on our own"" instead of with a big group. The worst part was when we were around groups of other Americans that were so demanding and unaware that they were the strangers there.

We had already scheduled a river cruise, so we wanted to see some other things in the area before and after the cruise that JayWay was very helpful in setting up. JayWay is a high quality, reliable travel agency. They are always quick to respond to our questions and having someone available to speak to while traveling is very helpful!

The communication and assistance we received during the planning process was excellent. Elena was wonderful! It provided a huge peace of mind that we had a "local" contact while overseas. She monitored our itinerary and quickly reached out when one of our trains was cancelled - she handled all the re-booking and sent us new tickets.

The accommodation in Vienna was superb in terms of quality, service and location! The “Castle” tour in Munich we will remember forever! The best tour service ever! We used JayWay twice and will use it again for our future travels! Highly recommendable! A big-big Thank you ☺️!
