Excellent service.

Every tour was better than the previous. The entire trip was just perfect. We are so grateful to Art and our amazing local contacts. We had no concerns or fears because we knew information and support was just a text away!

Exceptional attention to detail with excellent pre-planning and on-the-ground service. Accommodations exceeded expectations and our tour guides were very knowledgeable and charming. Love how customized our itinerary was to our tastes and pace. We know that we got so much more out of this trip by traveling as a small group of four. An epic adventure for sure!

Using Jayway helped with the ease of planning and anxiety of traveling to a different country. The access to a local representative was very reassuring and comforting. We were able to just relax and enjoy or trip. Everything went smoothly and we made it back home safe. We had a beautiful trip.

The communication and assistance we received during the planning process was excellent. Elena was wonderful! It provided a huge peace of mind that we had a "local" contact while overseas. She monitored our itinerary and quickly reached out when one of our trains was cancelled - she handled all the re-booking and sent us new tickets.
