I greatly appreciate that JayWay was able to customize the trip so that I could visit the village my Grandparents came from. They are extremely flexible and do not sell just a canned trip.

Everyone that was a tour guide or a driver was friendly and fun, it was like traveling with friends. They went out of their way to show us different things, very informative on each region. Hotels were also all very good and staff were helpful and friendly. We never had a problem as everything was planned so well, it was just absolutely wonderful.

Local Representative was helpful, clarified any items we asked and the Europe cell phone is a good idea. We were very happy with the accommodation selection, food quality was good. The review about the selection of hotels during the planning phase really paid off. The guides were nice people, pleasant, punctual, helpful and gave us lot of information about the attractions and history of the country. We enjoyed their company. JayWay staff knew the area very well, they understood our needs and limits and provided practical suggestions for saving our time and money.

This trip was one of our best ones. We loved Romania, especially all the guides from Raluca, Claudiu, Emanuel, Adella, and Paul. They were all so friendly, knowledgeable, that I hated to leave them after each tour. This  was our 5th trip with Jayway and it couldn't have been more flawless. Everything from transfers, tours, restaurants recommended by the guides to the comfort of the hotels was exceptional.

JayWay Travel was exactly what we needed in planning our vacation. Other travel agencies offered tours that included most of the places that we wanted to see, but we were not able to fit into their fixed time schedules and routes. JayWay offered us the flexibility that we needed. We had the secure feeling of being on an organized tour, and JayWay's scheduling allowed us plenty of free time to explore the cities as we liked.
