Promotion Details

Eligible travelers will receive $1,000 USD off on qualifying new JayWay Travel bookings for trips starting in 2026. Promotion subject to eligibility requirements, minimum booking criteria, and full Terms & Conditions. Promotional discount will be applied after completion of initial trip deposit and will be deducted from final trip balance. The promotional discount applies per booking, not per traveler.

The JayWay Travel $1,000 Travel Promotion (“Promotion”) is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• Promotion is valid for new enquiries made directly with JayWay Travel on or after August 14th, 2026. 
• In order to be eligible for the promotion, the promotion code must be provided to JayWay Travel before the first itinerary is sent.
• The trip may not be purchased via a travel agent or third party.
• Travel start date must be before December 31st, 2026 
• The package must contain at least 7 accommodation nights as part of our minimum travel package requirements.
• Any trips booked under the “flexible booking policy” that reschedules the trip outside of 2026 may lead to disqualification of promotion.
• Your trip package must be fully paid according to JayWay Travel’s payment schedule
• Be completed without cancellation or material modification that would otherwise invalidate eligibility.
• Unless expressly stated, this promotion may not be combined with other promotional discounts, rebates, referral/repeat discounts, or incentive programs.
• Offer is available only to residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted.

Exclusions

This promotion does not apply to:

• Bookings where the promotional code was not provided before the first itinerary was sent.
• Existing bookings made before the promotional period.
• Cancelled or rescheduled reservations.
• Bookings refunded in full or in part.
• Travel booked through third-party agencies or online travel agencies

Operational Capacity & Booking Window:

Travel booked in 2026 for travel occurring in 2026 is subject to JayWay Travel’s operational capacity and availability. All trip inquiries and proposals may be subject to a defined booking window indicated together with the initial itinerary.

Changes and Cancellation

JayWay Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require such action.

General Conditions

By participating, travelers agree to these Terms & Conditions and to all applicable JayWay Travel booking terms.

JayWay Travel reserves the right to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, and disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate or misuse the Promotion.

All decisions regarding eligibility and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final.
