Giorgia is an absolute DREAM to work with. We had multiple questions that I communicated via email prior to departure. She answered all of these questions comprehensively and quickly. Once on the ground, she was a true pleasure to interact with. She met us at our first hotel in Rome and walked us through each part of our planned trip to make sure we all felt comfortable navigating Italy. We ran into a slight issue in Positano due to the winding roads not being "agreeable" with some of my family members and Giorgia worked diligently to secure a partial refund for our tours planned the next day in Pompeii.
