As our UK and mainland Europe tour packages can include several countries, from North to South, your best chance to enjoy mild weather throughout your entire trip is to plan it in the spring or fall, ideally in the months of October, April, or May for fewer crowds compared to the high season.
The UK and mainland Europe cover a vast region, and deciding how long to stay and which places to add to your itinerary is no easy task. But that’s what we’re here for. As of April 2026, traveling from the US to the UK requires a digital authorization alongside your travel documents. While you do not need a traditional visa for short stays, you must complete the UK’s online travel authorization application before you fly, the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). You may have heard of the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) authorization which applies to the Schengen area. This is scheduled to launch in late 2026 though has been delayed multiple times.
