How long should I stay in Cagliari?
We suggest spending at least two nights in Cagliari, in order to being able to enjoy its vibrant city vibe, and enjoy at least one trip to explore the scenic southern coast.
What are the prices like in Cagliari?
A quick lunch with a drink in the center, is around 25-30 euros. Museums and landmarks generally cost 10-20 euros. For a full dinner, budget at least 30-40 euros. 
How can I get around?
The main sites are located in the city center, and are easily reachable by foot. To visit the upper part “Quartiere castello”, you can also use the public lift. If your accommodation is located further away from the city center, the best option would be taking a taxi - they cost about 15-20 EUR for a two-kilometer ride. To reach the popular beach of Poetto, you can use an inexpensive city bus or a 15-minutes taxi ride.
Is Cagliari safe?
As the rest of Italy, adopting the usual care (leave valuables and passports at the hotel). We always recommend leaving someone taking a look at bags / valuables on the beach while the other is taking a swim. Cagliari's center can be slightly more risky for pickpockets.
What are Cagliari options for people with dietary restrictions?
Mediterranean diet is quiet diversified, we are sure you will find vegetarian and vegan options in almost all the restaurants. If you have particular needs please inform your waitress when you arrive and they will suggest the best dishes you can order and take care of any allergy or restrictions you might have.
